Cancellation Policy

1. Before payment

You may cancel an enquiry at any time before payment or final booking confirmation. No cancellation fee applies before confirmation.

2. Consultations

• Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before the confirmed consultation time.
• If you miss the appointment without notice, the booking may be treated as used.
• One reasonable reschedule may be offered subject to advisor availability.

3. Pooja and hawan

• Cancel at least 24 hours before the ritual start time where possible.
• If samagri, pandit dakshina, travel, temple slot or customized preparation has already been arranged, actual non-recoverable costs may be deducted.
• Once the ritual has started or been completed, cancellation is not available.

4. Gemstone orders

• A gemstone enquiry can be cancelled before payment.
• Paid orders can usually be cancelled before procurement, certification, ring sizing, setting or dispatch begins.
• Customized rings, pendants, engraving, size work or stones procured specifically for you may not be cancellable once work begins.

5. How to cancel

Contact us by WhatsApp or email with your name, phone number, booking/order details and reason for cancellation. We will confirm whether cancellation, reschedule or refund is available.
