Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

  • Contact details such as name, phone, WhatsApp number, email and address.
  • Service details such as pooja requirement, preferred date, gotra, birth date, birth time, birthplace and consultation concern.
  • Order details for gemstones, including stone preference, ring size, budget, certificate preference and shipping information.
  • Payment confirmation details, transaction references and invoice information where applicable.
  • Basic website usage data if analytics or cookies are added later.

2. How we use information

  • To respond to enquiries and schedule consultations, pooja, hawan or gemstone orders.
  • To prepare accurate sankalp, kundli, gemstone or muhurat guidance.
  • To process payment, shipping, support, cancellation and refund requests.
  • To prevent misuse, fraud, spam and unauthorized use of the service.
  • To comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting and consumer protection duties.

3. Consent and lawful use

When you send an enquiry, submit a form, message on WhatsApp or make a payment, you permit us to use the information for the service you requested. You can withdraw consent for future communication by contacting us.

4. Sharing of information

We may share limited information with pandits, advisors, payment providers, courier partners, gemstone suppliers, IT providers or legal/accounting support only as needed for the service. We do not sell client personal information.

5. WhatsApp, payments and third-party platforms

When you contact us through WhatsApp, Razorpay, UPI, email, phone, courier or social platforms, those providers may process your data under their own policies. Please review their terms before using them.

6. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for service delivery, support, tax, accounting, dispute handling and legal compliance. You can request deletion, but some records may need to be retained where law or legitimate business needs require it.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, restriction, portability or objection to certain processing. We will respond according to applicable law.

For children or minors, a parent or lawful guardian should make the request and approve any service enquiry.

8. International transfers

Clients outside India may communicate through international platforms. Your information may be processed in India or by third-party providers in other countries, subject to their security and privacy practices.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for client information, but no internet or messaging method is completely risk-free. Do not send sensitive financial passwords, OTPs or unnecessary personal documents through chat.
