Refund Policy

Last updated: July 2, 2026. Refunds depend on service stage, custom work, proof of delivery and applicable consumer law.

1. Refund eligibility

  • Duplicate payment or accidental overpayment.
  • Confirmed service not delivered due to our fault.
  • Order cancelled before non-recoverable costs or custom work begin.
  • Wrong, damaged or materially different gemstone product, subject to evidence and return inspection.

2. Non-refundable cases

  • Completed pooja, hawan, consultation, report or delivered digital guidance.
  • Dissatisfaction based only on expected spiritual outcome not happening.
  • No-show or late cancellation after the service team has reserved time or started work.
  • Customized gemstone rings, pendants, resizing, engraving or items altered after delivery.
  • Wrong information supplied by the customer, including birth details, address or gemstone size.

3. Gemstone returns and refunds

Gemstone return eligibility is confirmed at quote stage. If a return is approved, the item must be unused, unaltered, with original certificate, invoice, packaging and proof of delivery issue where applicable.

4. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are normally processed within 7 to 10 business days after verification. Bank, UPI, card, Razorpay or international payment networks may take additional time.

5. Charges and deductions

Payment gateway fees, courier charges, certification costs, customization costs, exchange-rate differences and non-recoverable service costs may be deducted where permitted and clearly explained.

6. How to request refund

Email booking@bandeviastro.com with name, phone, payment proof, order/booking details and reason. We may request photos, unboxing video or courier proof for gemstone issues.
