Shipping Policy

Last updated: July 2, 2026. This policy applies to gemstone, ring, pendant and certificate shipments.

1. Shipping availability

Domestic and international shipping may be offered depending on destination, courier availability, gemstone type and customs restrictions. Final shipping availability is confirmed before payment.

2. Dispatch timeline

  • Loose gemstones: usually dispatched after payment, quality check and certificate confirmation.
  • Rings or pendants: dispatch depends on metal work, size, setting and finishing time.
  • Custom or certified orders may take longer. Estimated dispatch is shared during quote confirmation.

3. Delivery charges

Shipping, insurance, secure packaging, certification and international customs charges may be additional. Any known charges are shared before order confirmation.

4. Customer address and delivery

The customer must provide correct name, phone number, postal address, PIN/ZIP code and any customs information. Failed delivery due to incorrect information may lead to extra charges.

5. Damage or missing parcel

If a parcel appears damaged, record an unboxing video and contact us immediately. Courier investigation, insurance claim and refund/replacement options depend on evidence and courier policy.

6. International customs

International buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance and checking whether gemstones or jewelry are allowed in their country.
