Yes. Name, gotra, purpose and preferred date are taken before the ritual. You may join live or receive proof after completion.

Can NRI clients book?

Yes. Online consultation and temple pooja proof can be arranged across time zones, subject to availability.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Services are faith-based and cultural. We perform them sincerely but do not guarantee a specific result or timeline.

What details are needed for kundli?

Date of birth, exact birth time, birth place and your main question are needed for better guidance.

Is hast rekha available by video?

Yes. Clear palm photos or a video call may be used depending on the reading type.

Can I buy gemstones online?

Yes, by enquiry and quote. Suitability, certificate, carat, price, payment and shipping are confirmed before purchase.

Why are gemstone prices not fixed?

Price depends on origin, carat, treatment, cut, clarity, certificate and market availability.

What payment methods are accepted?

UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay or other confirmed payment methods may be used. Final method is shared before payment.

How do I get a Booking ID?

Use the Book Online page to submit service details. The website creates a Booking ID that can be sent on WhatsApp for staff confirmation.

Can I track my booking status?

Yes. Use the Track Booking page with your Booking ID and phone or email, or use Customer Login after secure account activation.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, depending on service stage. See the cancellation policy for consultation, pooja, hawan and gemstone order rules.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds depend on whether the service has started, whether custom costs are incurred, and whether the order has been delivered correctly.

Is my birth information private?

Yes. Birth details and personal concerns are used for the requested service and handled respectfully.
