1. Acceptance of terms

By using bandeviastro.com, contacting us, booking a service or placing a gemstone enquiry, you agree to these terms, the privacy policy, cancellation policy, refund policy and shipping policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the website or make a booking.

2. Nature of services

Bandevi Astro provides faith-based and cultural services including online pooja, hawan, kundli consultation, hast rekha, gemstone guidance, vastu, muhurat and related spiritual support.

We do not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, psychological or emergency advice. Consult a qualified professional for those matters.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

Astrology, palmistry, pooja, hawan, gemstones and remedies are based on traditional belief systems. We do not guarantee specific results, cures, income, marriage outcomes, immigration results, business success or fixed timelines.

4. Booking and payment

  • A booking is confirmed only after service details, date, deliverables and payment terms are accepted.
  • Prices can vary by service type, pandit availability, samagri, location, language, gemstone quality and urgency.
  • Payment may be accepted through UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay or another approved payment method.
  • Do not send payment to any number or account that is not confirmed by the official Bandevi Astro contact channel.

5. Gemstone orders

  • Gemstone enquiries are subject to availability, quality, certification and final quote confirmation.
  • Gemstones for astrological wearing should be purchased only after suitability review.
  • Natural stones can vary in color, inclusions and appearance. Certificate details are more important than edited photos.
  • Rings, pendants and custom-sized items may be treated as customized goods after confirmation.

6. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide correct name, phone, address, birth details, gotra, service requirements and payment information.
  • Join video sessions on time and maintain respectful conduct.
  • Review gemstone details, certificate, size, metal and shipping address before approving an order.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive or fraudulent purposes.

7. International users

International clients may book online services, subject to time zone, payment, communication and local law limitations. You are responsible for checking whether receiving spiritual goods, gemstones or ritual items is permitted in your country.

8. Governing law and disputes

Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law, these terms are governed by the laws of India. We first try to resolve disputes through support communication in good faith.
